Return or Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

Return or Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only. Credit will be made on merchandise bought within 30 days of the purchase date under the following conditions.

  • The merchandise shows no use of wear and is not altered or damage in any manner.
  • Exotic Gems is not responsible for any customs duties, post office clearance or any shipping cost. 
  • No merchandise will be accepted without RMA #, (Return Merchandise Authorization #) given by the return department.
  • Defects reported within 30 days will be repaired or replaced after verification and inspection at the sole discretion of the store manager.
  • There will be a 15% restocking fee on returned or refund items unless waved by the store manager.


To start a return/refund, you can contact us at sales@exoticgemsjewelry.com. If your return/refund is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like altered items, ring resized or any alteration done upon customer request, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Final sale items.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
